Precision, LLC is offering custom made receivers for the
22LR, 22WRM, 17M2, and the 17HMR.These are available in
a standard length or magnum length action. These actions
are individually hand fit and finished.
The bolts
are polished or jeweled and square with the tightest
allowable headspacing. Available materials will be 4140
chrome moly, stainless steel, or fortal aluminum. (Fortal
is a material that has a higher hardness and tensile
strength then 1020 mild steel.) These are machined from
a solid block of material and available in whatever
configuration desired. They can be made with integral
rings, scope mounts for any brand of rings, a scope rail
of any length, or any custom configuration desired.

The basic action will
consist of a receiver made from the material of choice,
heavy bolt with
an enclosed firing pin, A2 steel extractor, oversize
custom charging handle with a Wolff extra strength recoil
spring, a full length scope rail or no rail at all, and
your choice of threaded or reamed barrel port.
Finishes available include
bluing, parkerizing, Duracoat , or Boron Nitrite plating.
Options include a Ruger
trigger set to 2 ¼ – 2 ½ lbs with an adjustable sear,
trigger stop, extended magazine release, and auto bolt
release. I will thread and chamber a barrel of any brand
or style.
