L. H. Precision
is located outside of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It is a one man
shop dedicated to do the best work possible. I spent the
first 30 years of my adult life as a Tool and Die maker,
working to tolerances of +/- .00005. Working on firearms has
been my hobby since I built my first rifle at age 19 and
have been at it ever since, working on guns for both myself
and others. I set up my current location in 2005 in a 1700
sq ft building I built on my property. After becoming a
casualty of corporate downsizing in 2007, I decided to make
my hobby my full-time job.
L. H. Precision
has the equipment and the ability to complete any job
desired. With CNC milling equipment, lathes, surface
grinders, an EDM, and Mig and Tig welders, no job is too big
or too small. Whether it is replacing a part on a 1911, or
making a part or a complete firearm from a pile of steel or
aluminum, L. H. Precision can handle the job and is
dedicated to doing the best work possible. All work is
guaranteed.
